"Life is a cycle" : A warning Letter to my friend Reddy

This is in reply to my friend Reddy's Blog.

http://deviprasadareddy.blogspot.com/

I was forced to write this blog, to caution my friend and also to make him understand that “life is a cycle”.
As usual I thought to write my comments on Reddy’s blog, but published it in mine as the comments became huge and also to increase the TRP rating of my blog.

BTW Mr.Reddy, I enjoyed every single word of your blog, and wished to share my thougthts and inputs to you.
Coming to the TOPIC
(Ivanukulayum etho onnu irundhurukkku paren?)I can see the happiness and satisfaction in your writing that you are getting escaped from the situation.
But remember...still you are under warranty period and you are under observation, so you will be excused for your answers. But do not continue to answer like this.
Because after the warranty & guarantee periods are over, look below what will happen for your same answer.
Wife: The circles under my eyes are too dark, aren't they ?? (this question will be asked again purposely)
And if your answer is the same "I don't know if the circles are just dark or too dark, but they certainly seem tired with all the hard work you put in since early morning"
Then the reply will be (i am writing in tamil to make it more spicy, but u translate it in Telugu)
"hmmm..Enna panrathu.unga kooda kuppa kottinathukku indha dark circles thaan micham. Yaar irukka enakku help panrathukku veetla. Naane thaniya ella vaelaiyum seiyanum. Now hope you understood the implication of your answer. Just because of your single wrong answer, we all will get screwed up. So don’t ever give any chance and be happy with your reply. You need to think innovative for the questions asked to you.
Now don’t think all the above stuff is based on my personnel experience. Because anticipating all these, i would be very careful even while appreciating.
So don’t be happy that you got escaped as still there is a long way to go.

All the best

A Letter to MSK

This is in reply to MSK’s blog “Something is missing – Part 2”
First I thought of posting my comments in his column,  but my writing has become too huge to leave my foot prints on his blog. Hence gave a thought to circulate it in my own publication thinking even I need to key in something in my blog, as the purpose does not solve if I don’t write down anything here.

Now coming to the topic.
As usual i have got something to say on this.
Man is not the creator of the world, because he never created it.  Instead we could say he is a modifier. And i oppose the statement that "Man is a part of Nature", instead we could call him as a Natural destroyer or a selfish creature. He destroyed many other creatures for his own existence. He destroys forest, he kills animals- some for food, and some for pleasure by naming it as "Hobby".
Motor revolution, telecom, and medical sciences pointed by you, does not belong to a category of nature. Hence it could be said that Man is a creator of science and science is an enemy to the nature because every new scientific innovations are created by destroying any form of nature.
(If you go in depth) Even if you have a good thinking of making a school and provide education to others, you are trying to do a favor to your own family (which is human family) by cutting down the other species  or living things like trees, etc to make your family grow up to the next level. Hence still humans are selfish and they can be no way called as a part of nature. So all you talk about living for our own (Human being) family and not about living for others.
Since humans came from Adam and eve family, I believed that everybody belongs to a same community. And since everybody cannot take care of every individual, a individual community or family has to be created by sub dividing into many pieces or particles to take care of the living beings. It’s like in my office everybody work for HCL, but we are subdivided in to departments to take care of specifically our team which doesn't mean that i am working only for my department. If you feel that other teams are not performing better, we can just help them from outside by extending our hands to them, but we cannot involve or get in to it completely as we have got to take care of our team, where our team mates are expecting our presence and dedicated support to them. So to achieve what you say, either you should be an HR to get deeply into the employees problem and resolve it or a CEO / Chaiman who has got authority, money, power & rights and  does not have to depend on others to make or break decisions. Being in our level, achieving our KRA and runing day to day operation is very important, only then Value adds comes into the picture.
When you dont even have enough bandwidth to run your day to day operations , then Value add becomes a question mark. Even if you provide the value adding ideas, he does not have the authority or power to implement this as he cant implement those from his level.
I am not sure whether this example is the right one, but this is what has striked me when i thought of it.
Though i keep arguing on such things, i have always admired you and keep telling my surroundings about your service to Gurukulam, which needs a stand able applause for your special care to the society by taking social responsibilities. I do involve myself  to some extent in providing some fund  to a social institution atleast once in 6 months, but it cannot match your service which you do for Gurukulam.
But thinking beyond this is too much for our limits is what my argument is.

Coming to your below statement
"I know some of us will start arguing that practically it is not possible and blah blah blah… Moreover it is the fact that it is not practically possible for the kind of people who is visualizing his small world, small family with small hearts like us. But if we think from our inner heart it will say, yes it could be possible. Thinking from the inner heart is what is “SOMETHING MISSING”.

We had the same conversation some years before, and i heard the same writings in a form of a speech, but i haven’t seen any progress on building a school or providing free education etc , after the meeting. Even i remember you had planned of visiting a village area (near to Salem if i remember correctly) for a site survey. You were really thinking off doing it from your inner heart, right? And what prevented you from achieving it ?
So just thinking from inner heart is not sufficient enough to achieve this milestone. It needs lot of sacrifices and it is not attainable when the family is on our shoulders and without our family support. So I again stress that it is a "Blah Blah" -  which means practically not possible.
I would have accepted my argument to be a "Blah, blah" if you could have achieved something by this times of what you said on Hotel Anjappar.  As nobody has taken efforts to prove me wrong, iam still on my same stands and will still continue to sound in a high pitch in preaching my "blah blah". I can just agree on the sentence spelled by you with slight changes "We can work on so many things that society requires our attention WHICH EVER IS POSSIBLE BASED ON INDIVIDUALS STRENGTH  AND POSSIBILITY".
My argument is not against in servicing to the living beings or taking social responsibilities, instead I oppose the statement like building schools, giving free education to villages etc which are not possible from our level who comes from family back ground.  I can appreciate if it is a dream of a person to build schools, but to me it sounds like a “Blah Blah” if a person says that it is possible if he can just think from inner heart and it is achievable by working on it in a part time.
I respect, raise hand and support your “something missing - heart” but not those unrealistic way’s which cannot be attained by a ordinary family man.

All my saying is "Be practical on what we are planning to achieve so that it doesn’t prick us".
